ATM Service Engineer - Job Responsibilities

Installation & Setup

Install, configure, and test ATMs, Cash Recyclers, Passbook Printers, and related equipment. Ensure proper connectivity, software configuration, and network integration.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Attend service calls for breakdowns, errors, or downtime. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in ATMs. Replace defective parts such as card readers, sensors, cash dispensers, and printers.

Preventive Maintenance

Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure smooth functioning. Check cash dispensing accuracy, receipt/journal printing, and security systems.

Technical Support

Respond to customer complaints and queries regarding ATM functioning. Provide on-site technical support and escalate complex issues when needed.

Software & Network Support

Update ATM software/firmware as per company standards. Check connectivity issues with bank servers or service providers.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain service logs and call reports. Update status of repairs, part replacements, and downtime records.

Safety & Security Compliance

Follow company and client guidelines for ATM handling and cash safety. Ensure surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms, sensors) are functional.

Coordination

Work closely with operations, logistics, and vendor teams for spare parts. Coordinate with banks and CIT (cash-in-transit) companies if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
