Job Description

ATM Service Engineer - Job Responsibilities 1. ATM Installation & Commissioning Install new ATMs at customer sites. Configure machines with required network and software settings. 2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure ATMs run smoothly. Diagnose and repair hardware or software faults (card reader, dispenser, printer, display, etc.). Replace faulty parts like cash dispenser modules, sensors, or power supplies. 3. Cash Replenishment & Balancing Coordinate with cash management teams for cash loading. Ensure correct balancing and reconciliation of ATM cash and transaction records. 4. Software Updates Install and update ATM application software and firmware. Ensure system compatibility and compliance with security standards. 5. Network & Connectivity Troubleshoot communication issues (LAN/WAN, router, modem, etc.). Ensure continuous connectivity with the bank's server or switch. 6. Security & Compliance Maintain confidentiality and follow bank/security guidelines. Check camera systems, locks, and alarm integration during maintenance. 7. Reporting & Documentation Maintain service logs, incident reports, and daily activity updates. Report major faults to seniors or vendors for escalation. 8. Customer & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with bank officials, cash vendors, and third-party service providers. Ensure timely resolution of service calls. --- Skills Required Strong knowledge of electronic hardware and network systems. Basic understanding of banking software and security protocols. Ability to work independently and travel to different ATM sites. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
