Job Description

The ATM Operations Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of ATM machines, coordinating with master franchise partners, vendors, and clients, and ensuring uninterrupted ATM services. The role involves monitoring ATM uptime, handling service issues, coordinating cash management, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities



Monitor ATM machine uptime, functionality, and service availability. Coordinate installation, relocation, and decommissioning of ATM machines. Track ATM performance, downtime, and service-related issues. Act as a single point of contact between the company, master franchise partners, service vendors, and clients. Coordinate with franchise partners for cash loading, reconciliation, and replenishment schedules. Follow up with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and technical support. Address client queries, complaints, and service requests related to ATM operations. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met with clients and franchise partners. Maintain regular communication with master franchisees regarding operational updates. Coordinate with OEMs, technicians, and service providers for breakdown calls and preventive maintenance. Track service tickets and ensure timely closure. Verify service reports and escalate unresolved issues. Maintain records of ATM locations, service history, downtime, and cash cycles. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports. Maintain documentation related to agreements, service logs, and compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to company policies, banking guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Support audits by providing necessary operational data and reports. Monitor security, surveillance, and basic compliance at ATM sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Operations, Business, or related field preferred). 1-3 years of experience in ATM operations, banking operations, or field coordination (preferred). Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and follow up effectively. Basic knowledge of ATM functioning, cash management processes, and vendor coordination. Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills



Experience working with master franchise models or managed service providers. Familiarity with SLA management and ticketing systems. Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
