Educational and Technical Qualifications:

• Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Master in Computer Science

Software Programming Skills:

• High proficiency in C, C++ and/or C# and Java and scripting languages
• Programming Expertise in Web services development

Domain Expertise Required:

• Thorough Knowledge of ATMs, Cash-In machines, Recyclers and other Banking Self Service Terminals
• Knowledge of ATMs Architecture and Transaction Processing Switching software
• Expertise in Diebold 911/912 terminal messaging skills and Diebold 91x Terminal Programming e.g. States, Screens etc..
• Expertise in NDC/NDC+/AANDC Terminal Messaging and programming skills
• Expertise in handling ISO 8583 Financial Transaction Messages
• Expertise in working with WOSA/XFS SDKs and the device management
• Hardware Devices Interface and development skills
• Programming Expertise in Web services development

Soft Skills:

• Good Presentation and Communications skills and English Language fluency are must.
• Competency and experience in handling a support team.
• Good problem analyzing skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally

Overall responsibilities

• Software Programmer capable of designing solutions with fine crafting skills, coding, testing, quality control and deployment
• Collaboration of internal technical team and the customers to ensure seamless product integration with a state of the art design in line with the industry standard protocols
• Delivery of the product with the stricter SDLC processes
• Performance monitoring and analytics
• Work with the end user teams for bugs fixing and enhancing product management skills
• Team management of developers and testers
