: Creative Media SpecialistRole Title:Creative Media Specialist - Graphic Design, Video Editing & AI ContentRole Overview:The Creative Media Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end visual content creation including graphic design, video editing, and AI-assisted content creation. This role supports social media, digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution by delivering high-quality creatives aligned with the brand strategy.Key Responsibilities:1. Graphic Design- Design creatives for social media posts, stories, banners, posters, promotions, and special day campaigns- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs2. Video Editing & Reels Creation- Edit short-form and long-form videos for reels, testimonials, promotions, and events- Add captions, transitions, animations, and basic motion graphics- Repurpose long videos into platform-optimized clips3. AI Content Creation- Use AI tools to generate creative concepts, visuals, videos, and avatars- Experiment with emerging AI tools to improve speed and quality4. Content Production & Shooting- Capture photos and videos using mobile or in-house cameras- Shoot food visuals, ambience, staff activities, and events5. Collaboration & Workflow- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to understand briefs and deliver assets on time- Participate in revisions and feedback cycles6. Quality & Brand Compliance- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and campaign objectivesRequired Skills & Tools:- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva- Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent- AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Pika, ChatGPT- Basic photography and videography skillsExperience & Qualifications:- 2-4 years experience in graphic design and/or video editing- Portfolio demonstrating design, video, and AI-assisted content- Degree or diploma in Design, Media, or related field preferredReporting Structure:Reports to Social Media ManagerRole Summary:A multi-skilled creative professional responsible for graphic design, video editing, and AI-powered content creation to support scalable digital branding.
