: Marketing Creative Designer for Executive Education
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Visual Content:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with the goals and messaging of executive education programs.
- Create captivating visuals that convey the unique value propositions of our programs.
2. Visual Asset Creation:
- Design a variety of marketing assets including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, banners, and advertisements.
- Ensure all designs reflect the professionalism and prestige of our executive education offerings.
3. Branding and Consistency:
- Maintain and uphold the visual identity of our executive education brand, ensuring consistent application of design elements.
- Develop visual guidelines and templates for marketing collateral.
4. Digital and Print Design:
- Create graphics optimized for both digital platforms and print materials, such as event posters and program booklets.
- Adapt designs for various online channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
5. Campaign Enhancement:
- Collaborate with copywriters to integrate visual elements seamlessly with written content, enhancing the overall impact of marketing campaigns.
6. Interactive Content:
- Design interactive content such as infographics, animations, and short videos that convey complex information in an engaging manner.
7. Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques specific to executive education and professional development.
- Integrate innovative design concepts to elevate our marketing materials.
8. Quality Control and Feedback:
- Review designs for accuracy, alignment with brand guidelines, and visual consistency.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to refine design concepts.
Qualifications:
- Attitude of Ownership from strategy to execution
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- 6-8 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse marketing materials.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing graphics.
- Experience in both digital and print design.
- Video editing and motion graphics skills are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and project requirements
