Conduct engaging hands-on ATL/STEM sessions for students.
Mentor students on ATL-related projects involving robotics, electronics, coding, and design thinking.
Support students in conceptualizing, developing, and executing STEM/innovation projects.
2. Lab Management & Maintenance
Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of all ATL equipment, tools, and kits.
Maintain inventory, safety protocols, and readiness of the lab for daily activities.
3. ATL Activities Planning & Support
Assist in planning and executing ATL-based events, competitions, exhibitions, and innovation challenges.
Coordinate weekly plans and schedules with school/ATL management.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports.
Document student projects, session attendance, lab usage, and activity outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Science/Engineering/Technology or related fields.
Knowledge of basic electronics, robotics, tinkering tools, Arduino, sensors, or coding (preferred).
Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
Ability to guide students and encourage innovation.
