Athletics Coach

to join our team and lead our students towards excellence in track and field events.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily training sessions for students in various track and field disciplines (sprints, relays, long jump, high jump, shot put, etc.). Develop structured training programs suited to different age groups and skill levels. Prepare and mentor students for inter-school, district, and national-level athletic competitions. Emphasize physical fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and track progress of each student. Coordinate and manage school athletic events and participation in external tournaments. Ensure safety and injury prevention during training sessions. Maintain discipline and a positive sports culture on and off the field.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred). Proven coaching experience in school or competitive athletics. Strong knowledge of track and field training techniques and rules. Excellent communication and motivational skills. Ability to engage and inspire students of all levels. Certification in First Aid or Sports Coaching (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,207.35 per month
