About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting hands-on educational activities/sessions on astronomy and space science, exploring nature, bird watching, geology, etc.
2. Training on equipment like telescopes, binoculars, tracking devices, and launching rockets (water & chemical)
3. Maintaining the quality standard of program conduction
4. Planning the delivery of programs/sessions/activities/events on time and formulating and following the agenda
5. Interacting with students & solve queries as and when required
6. Taking day & night observations
7. Writing content for website/newsletter, etc.
8. Checking equipment maintenance & shortfall reports
9. Having experience & inclination to design educational aids & models
10. Supporting adventure activities
11. Conducting events and guest engagement activities, corporate activities, etc.
12. Organizing the night-out event camps, cycling adventure & historical tours in-out camps

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
