Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Asst.

Sales Manager - Food Ingredients

to drive sales growth in the Delhi/North India region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the food ingredients industry, with experience in dairy, bakery, confectionery, ice cream, sectors. They will be responsible for developing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development:

Identify and target new business opportunities in the food and beverage industry.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Sales Strategy Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Technical Sales Support:

Work closely with R&D teams and provide technical support to customers.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

Prepare and negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with clients.

Reporting:

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Dairy Science, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience:

3+ years in B2B sales of food ingredients (flavors, stabilizers, emulsifiers, dairy ingredients, etc.).

Industry Knowledge:

Experience working with dairy, bakery, confectionery, ice cream, or beverage manufacturers.

Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build long-term relationships Self-motivated and target-driven Knowledge of food regulations and compliance is a plus
