Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the development of casting parts e.g. Ex Manifold, Intake manifold, elbow's, Machined components ensuring alignment with Mahindra's Development system and timeline standards. Lead product improvement initiatives, cost reduction projects, and alternate sourcing activities. Address field complaints and implement capacity enhancement solutions for hydraulics components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
