Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Chemist to join our innovative team. Duties



Conduct research and development activities to create and optimize new products and formulations. Perform analytical testing using spectrophotometers, chromatography techniques (gas chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography), and spectroscopy methods to ensure product quality. Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and results within Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Develop and validate analytical methods in compliance with GLP, CGMP, and ISO 9001 standards. Support quality control processes by performing routine testing and inspections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and engineering to improve processes and product performance. Assist in troubleshooting laboratory procedures and manufacturing issues related to biochemistry, quantum engineering, or related fields. Ensure laboratory safety protocols are followed at all times, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline. Proven laboratory experience in analytical chemistry, wet chemistry, or biochemistry within a manufacturing or research setting. Familiarity with GLP, CGMP, ISO 9001 standards, and quality assurance practices. Hands-on experience with spectrophotometers, chromatography systems (gas chromatography & HPLC), spectroscopy techniques, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS). Knowledge of product development processes from concept through commercialization. Strong understanding of scientific research methodologies and experimental design. Experience working in regulated environments emphasizing quality control and compliance. Additional skills such as quantum engineering or expertise in research can be advantageous but are not mandatory. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about scientific innovation with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement in manufacturing environments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
