Monitor and maintain solar power plants to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of solar modules, inverters, transformers, and associated equipment.
Perform regular inspections, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting of system issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Maintain performance records, generation reports, and maintenance logs.
Coordinate with contractors/vendors for timely resolution of technical issues.
Optimize plant performance through analysis of SCADA and monitoring systems.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in Solar O&M.
Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and HT/LT equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in field conditions with a safety-first mindset.
