Job Description

:Responsible for leading efforts involved in New Product/Formulation development and improvements with direct responsibility for projects. This position initiates, evaluates plans, directs, executes, implements, and reports on activities related to the development of new products, improvements or cost savings ideas. This position carries with it the responsibility to mentor team members and grow their capabilities for contributing to the organization while coordinating and managing the efforts of the R&D teamQualifications: Bachelor or Master degree in Pharmaceutical sciences /Pharmaceutical Technology/Cosmetic scienceExperience4 -10 years in Cosmetic/Ayurvedic/Herbal/Pharmaceutical industrySkills In-depth knowledge and Experience in development of Cosmetics and personal care ,Skin care,Hair care products and its stability study. Excellent Project management skills Good knowledge in current GMP regarding Formulation development and stability study. Multitask effectively during all stages of Formulation development works In-depth knowledge of pilot scale up and technology transfer. Ensure cGMP compliance, product quality and documentation in pilot manufacturing area. Effectively Schedule plan for Formulation development and pilot manufacturing activities. Implementation of changes as per Validation batches. Co-ordinate with store, QA, QC, Purchase,HR, Regulatory and other departments of the plant for smooth functioning of the R&D department. Compilation of Trial batch , Pilot batch , Stability study and Clinical study reports and all necessary documentation required for Regulatory approvals.Additional skills preferred Stability study and Formulation development of Topical formulations- Targeted/Novel cosmetic delivery systems, Skin patches, Niosomal and Liposomal emulsions etc. Co-ordinate with Clinical research department for the evaluation and clinical study data compilation Effectively participate in Process validation of new products developed in coordination with QA. Knowledge in WHO/ISO/International guidelines regarding Formulation development and stability studyJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?400,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per yearBenefits:
