Assistant Manager/Assistant Manager - Regional Sales
Role Description:
The Assistant Manager/Assistant Manager - Regional Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales strategies to achieve OEM product sales targets. This role involves analyzing market trends, dealer performance, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Responsibilities:
Dealer Management:

  • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new OEM dealers within the assigned area.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers, providing support and guidance.
  • Monitoring dealer performance, providing feedback, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Driving sales growth by developing and executing action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conducting regular sales meetings and reviews with dealers to discuss performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Ensuring dealers adhere to OEM standards and policies.
Market and Product Development:
  • Collaborating with dealers to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Assisting in the development and promotion of new products or services to enhance market presence.
  • Providing market feedback to the OEM product management team to inform product improvements.
Training and Support:
  • Organizing and conducting training sessions for dealers on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
  • Offering ongoing support and resources to help dealers achieve their sales goals and improve performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales metrics, dealer performance, and market conditions to identify areas for improvement.
Customer Relations:
  • Addressing dealer and customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to products or services.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining effective communication and addressing concerns promptly.
Requirements
  • Candidate should have minimum 2 years of channel sales experience.
  • Candidates should have minimum 2 years sales experience in any Building material(except cement industry), Furniture and Modular Kitchen.
  • Need good communication only
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Kolkata market experience is mandatory
