Job Description

Recruitment

: Overseeing the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes

Employee benefits

: Planning and overseeing employee benefit programs, including compensation & other benefits

Policies and procedures

: Developing and maintaining HR-related policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Training and development

: Planning and overseeing training and development programs, and ensuring employees are performing at their best

Employee relations

: Overseeing employee relations, addressing disputes, and implementing health and safety regulations

Employee engagement

: Developing employee engagement strategies and employee surveys

Communication

: Working effectively with other heads of department and senior management, as well as with external stakeholders

Handling statutory compliance

such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and actuarial like bonuses, employee leaves encasement and gratuity.

Male Candidate

preferred with 5 years of managerial experience in HR.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
