Assistant Category Business Manager
to support the sales growth, managing inventory, and improving the overall performance of assigned product categories. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, retail knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Category Business Manager in planning and executing category strategies.
Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and pricing to ensure category profitability.
Coordinate with store teams to ensure proper product display and availability.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare sales and performance reports for management review.
Ensure smooth daily operations and timely replenishment of products.
Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or category management.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in billing.
Team player with good coordination and problem-solving skills.
