Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the Management in formulating and executing real estate investment, development, or sales strategies.
Identify new business opportunities including land acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective market analysis, pricing, and deal structuring.
Oversee execution of real estate projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor regulatory approvals, legal compliance, and documentation related to real estate transactions.
Lead sales teams to achieve targets across residential, commercial, or retail real estate portfolios.
Coordinate go-to-market strategies for new project launches, including marketing campaigns and broker outreach.
Manage key customer relationships and resolve high-value client escalations.
Participate in financial planning, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for new and ongoing projects.
Monitor project cash flows, cost control, and budgeting in coordination with finance teams.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across departments.
Encourage a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centricity.
