Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate should have knowledge of Central Store Management and Purchase Department. Also should have contact with vendors. Must have worked in Food Industry or QSR
- Receipt of material, confirm GRN and storage on proper place.
- Maintaining inventory of food Items, perishable and non perishable goods, frozen food,and packing Material, safety item etc, same to be issue to all departments as per requirement.
- Receipt of all material at store and distribution of the same to respective department as per purchase order.
- Physical Stock verification as per SOP schedule.
- Preparation of Tax invoice, delivery challans and RGP.
- Maintenance and cleanliness of Stores.
- Follow up with users for close out of RGP.
- Remove expired material from existing stock by physical checking, taking approval and send to ETP with the coordination of SAFETY department.
- Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Tracks and updates the status of incoming and outgoing goods
- Maintains a clean, neat and ready receiving area.
- Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
- Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves, and stock receivables.
- Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
Desired Candidate Profile Must have good communication Skills Graduation is must.
