Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Store Manager

to lead the day-to-day operations of our clothing store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fashion and customer service. You will be responsible for managing staff, maximizing store performance, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Performance

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase profitability. Monitor and manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and inventory control.

Team Management

Hire, train, supervise, and motivate store staff. Schedule shifts and manage daily operations efficiently. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.

Customer Experience

Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Build relationships with loyal customers and encourage repeat business.

Store Operations

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Oversee cash handling, banking procedures, and daily reconciliation. Maintain compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

Marketing & Promotions

Implement in-store promotions and events to drive foot traffic. Collaborate with head office on branding and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in retail (preferably fashion/apparel). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent customer service and sales abilities. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail software (e.g., POS systems).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
