Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
Supervise and train store staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Support in planning and executing promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing performance metrics.
Open and close the store as needed, ensuring all procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or retail management is a plus.
Proven experience in retail or store management (1-3 years preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
