Job Title: Asst. Service Manager(Elevators) Location: Vasai Education: Diploma/B. E./B. Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical Experience: Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in Elevator Industry : We are seeking a skilled and passionate Asst. Service Manager(Elevators) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Service, AMC, Installation of Elevators.
  • Monitor service performance metrics, prepare and analyze reports to track service/AMC/Installation
  • Strengthen the relationship with existing customers to increase the sales
  • Understand the customer requirements, respond to commercial and technical queries from customers.
  • Prepare Proposals / quotations, present our products and services, negotiate with customers, benchmark with competitor products and close the order.
  • Conduct business development activities, generate new leads, sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and customer conversions.
  • Mapping potential Customers to generate sales leads through various sources.
  • Co-ordinate with internal support and service team for drive commissioning and installation support.
  • Submission of on time weekly & monthly Sales & Orders reports.
  • Regular discussions with clients for getting updates on Satisfaction of services.
Required Skill-Set:
  • Candidate should have Servicing experience in Elevator Industry
  • Candidate must have good communication skills
  • Local candidates are preferred
  • Computer Skills: MS Office, PPT, and emailing etc.
