The Service Coordinator is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and tracking all service activities to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer support. This role acts as the communication link between customers, technicians, and the management team.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and assign service engineers/technicians for customer visits.
Coordinate installation, service, and maintenance activities.
Handle customer calls, inquiries, complaints, and log service requests.
Prepare service reports, maintain documentation, and update service records.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved on time.
Track pending service calls, warranty cases, and spare parts requirements.
Assist in generating service quotations and follow-up for approvals.
Support the service team in planning visits and managing daily schedules.
Ensure service standards and customer satisfaction targets are met.
Required Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good customer-handling ability.
Knowledge of service management or technical operations (preferred).
Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Email, CRM/ERP tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Time-management and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Any degree or diploma.
1-3 years of experience in service coordination or customer support (preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
