Call upon Leads and scheduled site visits
Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions
Regular follow-ups with prospects and active pipeline management
Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory updates and deal support
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Work with marketing and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Work in collaboration with the marketing and CRM teams for effective lead follow-up.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven track record in relationship management and Sales in Real Estate.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Customer oriented mindset.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Good Communication fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi is a must.
Owned vehicle is a preference.
