Assist in planning and executing sales strategies for residential and commercial properties (farm plots, open plots, independent houses).
Analyze sales performance data and market trends to support decision-making.
Monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Team Supervision
Support the recruitment, training, and onboarding of sales executives.
Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Assist in organizing daily sales operations and coordinating team activities.
Customer Relationship Management
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Site Visit & Property Promotion
Coordinate and conduct site visits based on client interest and leads.
Clearly explain project details and legal aspects of the property.
Actively participate in weekend campaigns and sales programs to drive engagement.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and backend support.
Performance Monitoring
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
Share feedback and assist in improving sales processes and productivity.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to support and manage a team.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and other sales tracking software.
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate sales.
Typical Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or customer service.
Experience in a team lead or supervisory role is a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel for site visits and work on weekends when required.
