We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to join our automobile dealership team in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Handle customer enquiries and ensure a smooth buying experience. Monitor daily sales activities and prepare basic reports. Train and guide sales executives when needed. Coordinate with management for showroom operations and promotions.

Requirements:

Any graduate, preferably from Automobile or related fields. 8-10 years of strong experience in car sales or dealership operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills. Good product knowledge with a customer-focused and problem-solving approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
