Job Summary



The Sales Manager - Retail Interior Design is responsible for generating business from retail and commercial clients, managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, and coordinating with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Generate new business leads for

retail interior fit-out projects

(showrooms, stores, malls, kiosks, franchises, offices) Meet architects, brands, mall authorities, brokers, and corporate clients for business development Understand client requirements and coordinate with

design & estimation teams

for proposals Present

design concepts, cost estimates, and project timelines

to clients Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close deals Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closures through CRM / Excel Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets

Coordinate with project execution team during handover and execution stages Attend exhibitions, networking events, and industry meets

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of

retail interior design & fit-out processes

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to read basic drawings and understand BOQs Client-handling and relationship management skills Target-oriented and result-driven approach Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (preferred)

Qualifications



Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Interior Design (preferred) Relevant industry experience is mandatory

Experience



5-10 years

of experience in sales within

retail interior design / fit-out industry

Proven track record of closing high-value interior projects

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Monthly sales revenue & order value Lead-to-conversion ratio Client acquisition & retention Timely coordination for project kick-off

Work Environment



Field-oriented role with frequent client visits May involve travel within city / region
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
