Assistant Sales Manager
to lead direct sales initiatives, drive client engagement, and support business growth in the pole manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of total experience, including 3-4 years in manufacturing sales, and demonstrate the traits of a high-performing sales professional.
Key Responsibilities
Execute
direct sales strategies
to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Conduct
sales evaluation
and performance tracking across assigned territories
Manage
client coordination
, including regular follow-ups and relationship nurturing
Organize and lead
client meetings
, presentations, and negotiations
Maintain strong
client relationship management
practices to ensure repeat business
Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to senior management
Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities
Required Skills & Traits
Proven experience in
manufacturing sector sales
(minimum 3-4 years)
Strong command of
direct B2B sales
and industrial client handling
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
High level of
discipline, persistence, and self-motivation
Ability to
manage multiple clients and meetings

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred)
