Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager - Jewelery

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including features, benefits, and trends.

4. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

5. Team Support: Provide guidance and support to sales team members, helping them to achieve their sales targets.

6. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that products are available to meet customer demand.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide sales reports and analysis to the Sales Manager, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 3- 5 years of experience in sales or retail management, preferably in the jewelry industry.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of jewelry products and trends.

4. Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

5. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
