Carry out daily van sales activities in the assigned route and territory
Achieve monthly and daily sales targets as assigned by management
Expand distribution by adding new retail outlets and improving market coverage
Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets
Promote company products, schemes, and offers to retailers
Route & Market Management
Follow approved beat plans and routes consistently
Ensure maximum outlet coverage and productive calls per day
Collect market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer preferences
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Stock & Van Management
Ensure proper loading and unloading of stocks from the warehouse
Maintain accurate stock records and avoid shortages or excess stock
Ensure FIFO is followed and prevent product damage or expiry
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of the van and goods
Billing & Collections
Generate invoices/bills as per company process
Collect cash/cheques/digital payments from retailers on time
Ensure timely remittance of collections to accounts department
Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and outstanding amounts
Reporting & Compliance
Submit daily sales, stock, and collection reports
Coordinate with sales coordinators, warehouse, and accounts teams
Adhere strictly to company policies, pricing, and compliance guidelines
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of local market and retail network
Basic numerical and billing skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
