Asst. Sales and Marketing Executive (Females),4 Star Hotel, 2-5 yrs exp,Kochi Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and advertisements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on hotel services and packages.
• Maintain and update the customer database to track leads and bookings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar sales and marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and SEO is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in marketing approaches.
• Familiarity with the local market and competitors in the hospitality industry.
