Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Supervise staff and ensure smooth service during operating hours.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food presentation.
Handle customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the kitchen team for stock and supplies.
Support staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist in preparing daily sales reports and cost control measures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine preferred.
Ability to manage a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
