Please note this opening is with one of lounge bar based out of Pune Kalyani Nagar \xc2\xb7 Be in complete coordination with the BOH team & HO team and ensure smooth & seamless operations. \xc2\xb7 Look after entire FOH operations \xc2\xb7 Ensure staff handling, grooming-hygiene-punctuality, employee motivation, grievance handling, conflict management, and solving every staff issue with a win-win approach; taking necessary and prompt action at all times with respect to staff issues, referring grave concerns to higher management without any delay \xc2\xb7 Human resource aspects of a restaurant- recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, payroll, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures etc. Must be looked after \xc2\xb7 Ensure Floor Supervisors and Team Leader across the floor are carrying out their responsibilities efficiently at all times \xc2\xb7 Ensure logical and accurate allocation of duties and tasks to the team \xc2\xb7 Ensure standard processes are followed at all times. \xc2\xb7 Ensure equipment are well maintained and clean at all times, and used as per standard operating procedures. \xc2\xb7 Ensure daily review of work schedules and execution done by the team in terms of pre preparations, work area readiness, mis-en-place, hygiene, checklists etc. \xc2\xb7 Conduct weekly briefings of the team and/or as and when necessary \xc2\xb7 Communicate relevant information and maintain relevant registers. \xc2\xb7 Display positive people management skills and excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire team positively on the floor at all times. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all staff are under control and treated fairly and with courtesy.
