We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensure high-quality service, and assist the Manager in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service
Handle customer complaints and feedback
Monitor inventory, orders, and stock levels
Support in planning schedules, training, and staff performance
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality/management preferred

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
