As per company standards The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) - Mutual Fund is responsible for supporting client relationship activities, assisting in investment advisory, and driving mutual fund business growth in coordination with Relationship Managers (RMs). This role focuses on providing timely investment solutions, ensuring smooth client servicing, and achieving sales objectives while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance engagement and retention. Act as a primary support contact for client queries in coordination with RMs. Understand client needs and recommend suitable mutual fund products based on their risk profile and financial goals (with RM guidance). Ensure all client-related data is uploaded and regularly updated in CRM software.
Sales & Business Development
Support RMs in driving mutual fund sales by identifying opportunities through client interactions. Work towards achieving targets for new client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue generation. Assist in conducting presentations and meetings to educate clients on mutual fund investment options. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and client onboarding.
Investment Advisory & Portfolio Review
Share regular updates with clients on market trends, fund performance, and portfolio allocation via communication channels. Assist clients in periodic portfolio reviews and suggest changes where necessary. Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines while supporting investment recommendations.
Skills & Competencies
Good understanding of mutual fund products and investment concepts (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Client-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and target-driven environment
