Job Description

1. Quality Planning and Control:

Developing and implementing quality control plans:

This includes creating procedures for testing and inspecting the CED coating process and the coated parts.

Monitoring and analyzing:

Continuously monitoring the CED coating process parameters (e.g., voltage, current, temperature, coating thickness) and analyzing data to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.

Ensuring compliance:

Ensuring that the CED coating process and the final coated parts meet relevant industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Conducting audits:

Performing internal audits of the CED coating process to verify adherence to established procedures and identify areas for improvement.
2. Process Improvement:

Identifying root causes:

Investigating and identifying the root causes of quality problems in the CED coating process, such as defects in coating adhesion, thickness, or appearance.

Implementing corrective actions:

Developing and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent their recurrence.

Optimizing the process:

Continuously improving the CED coating process to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality.
3. Collaboration and Communication:

Working with cross-functional teams:

Collaborating with other engineers, production staff, and suppliers to ensure quality throughout the CED coating process.

Providing technical support:

Providing technical support and guidance to production personnel on quality-related matters.

Communicating quality issues and findings:

Effectively communicating quality issues, findings, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
4. Technical Expertise:

Understanding CED coating principles:

Possessing a strong understanding of the principles of CED coating, including the electrochemical process, material properties, and application techniques.

Proficiency in testing methods:

Being proficient in using various testing methods to assess coating quality, such as adhesion tests, thickness measurements, and visual inspections.

Troubleshooting skills:

Having strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address quality issues and ensure the effectiveness of the CED coating process.

Pay: ?360,000.00 - ?480,000.00 per year
