The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities for the construction domain, with a focus on timely sourcing and cost-effective procurement of finishing materials for housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute procurement of finishing items such as chinaware, doors, electrical items, hardware, wooden flooring, etc.
Prepare budgets and plan fund allocation for procurement, ensuring optimal material utilization and cost efficiency.
Identify and develop reliable vendors/suppliers to ensure timely availability of quality materials.
Coordinate with project and site teams to meet material requirements within project timelines.
Maintain complete purchase documentation, records, and vendor data.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all procurement processes.
Desired Profile:
Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred.
5-8 years of experience in procurement within the construction or real estate industry.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and planning skills.
