Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects. The Assistant Project Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Project Manager throughout all phases of a project. This position helps ensure that project goals are achieved efficiently by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and maintaining communication among team members and stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
The Assistant Project Manager will assist in preparing project plans, monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and helping implement solutions to keep projects on track. This role also contributes to maintaining project documentation, facilitating meetings, and supporting the overall success of the project team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure alignment with project goals.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and support issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
Support budget tracking and cost control processes.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and clarify project requirements.
Help manage procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships as needed.
Participate in project meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
Assist with quality control to ensure deliverables meet client and company standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

u 1-3 Years of Relevant project co-ordination or support experience.
