The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing interior projects to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction. The role involves site supervision, team coordination, materials follow-up, and daily project progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities:1. Project Coordination
Assist in end-to-end management of interior execution at client sites.
Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
Coordinate with factory, design, and procurement teams for timely material delivery.
2. Site Management
Supervise daily site activities, ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards.
Ensure installation of cabinets, wardrobes, kitchens, and modular systems as per drawings.
Manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors working on-site.
3. Client Communication
Communicate project updates to clients and address site-level concerns.
Arrange site meetings and ensure client expectations are met.
4. Quality & Compliance
Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure work execution adheres to specifications.
Maintain site documentation, checklists, measurements, and daily reports.
Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process.
5. Team Support
Assist Project Manager with coordination, reporting, and issue resolution.
Escalate delays, quality issues, or design conflicts promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management (preferred).
0-5 years of experience in interior site execution or project coordination.
Strong knowledge of modular furniture installation and interior fit-out processes.
Good communication, site management, and problem-solving skills.
