Job Description

Teaching:

Delivering lectures, leading discussions, preparing course materials, grading assignments, and providing feedback to students.

Research:

Conducting independent research, publishing scholarly articles, presenting findings at conferences, and seeking research funding.

Student Mentorship:

Advising students on academic and career paths, supervising research projects, and providing guidance and support.

Curriculum Development:

Contributing to the development, revision, and assessment of course materials and curricula.

Departmental and University Involvement:

Participating in faculty meetings, serving on committees, and contributing to university outreach activities.

Administrative Duties:

Assisting with administrative tasks within the department, such as organizing student records or assisting with recruitment.

Professional Development:

Attending conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to stay current in their field.
