Assessing students' coursework; setting and marking examinations.
Supporting students through an advisory role and supervising students' activities.
Carrying out administrative tasks assigned from time to time.
Representing the institution at professional conferences and seminars, and contributing to these as necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
M.A in English (preferred) / MBA.
Previous experience in corporate training / ELT coaching / BPO sector is desired.
Must be able to demonstrate adequate proficiency in communication skill training, team building, motivational training, business writing skill, behavioral training, etc.
Must be proficient in use of IT resources and language lab tools.
As per UGC Norms: Candidates without a Master's Degree need not apply. All criteria as per UGC guidelines must be fulfilled.
