Ensure timely availability of all resources (gifts, promotional materials, training content, product samples, digital assets, etc.) required for enabler activities.
Coordinate with supply chain, vendors, and marketing teams to ensure cost-effective and on-time execution.
Sales Data Analysis & Review:
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales analysis to sales teams and senior management.
Track target vs. achievement at dealer, region, and product level.
Monitor reach, calendar visit compliance, Enabler's execution plan.
Identify gaps and opportunities for corrective action.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Consolidate market survey findings and feedback received from field teams.
Translate customer insights and competitor benchmarking into actionable reports for the HO Product team.
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for management reviews.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Manufacturing CFT:
Work with PD, SCM, Finance, and Marketing teams to align backend processes with market requirements.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team in CFT mode to ensure production readiness, quality, and timely availability of new products.
Bridge market feedback with manufacturing capability for continuous improvement in design, cost, and manufacturability.
Ensure market feedback actionable points are executed in time and launch in the market.
Communicate common Product Target to all stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, SRT & PD)
Review & Continuous Improvement:
Conduct regular reviews with sales teams to support them in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Monitor effectiveness of enabler activities and recommend process improvements.
Use lean tools and data-driven insights to optimize backend processes and support product value analysis.
Training to Sales team:
Make new product FAB presentations.
Train PME team to explain new product FAB.
Candidate Profile:
8-10 years' experience in Product Management
B. tech, Any graduation with PG in Business development, Product Management
