Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct orientation classes for new joiners/students. Guide participants on marketing strategies, processes, and expectations. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer by simplifying marketing concepts. Coordinate with the BDE, who will assist during sessions. Monitor participation, clarify doubts, and provide feedback. Support the marketing team in achieving admission and sales targets.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead sessions and engage participants effectively. Prior experience in marketing, sales, or training preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
