Required skills and qualifications
Education:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering is often preferred.
Experience:
Prior experience in the automotive industry or a related manufacturing sector is highly beneficial. Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or partner programs is often required.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic and analytical skills are essential.
Additional knowledge:
A good understanding of competitor analysis, market trends, and customer acquisition strategies is important.
Campaign execution:
Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including advertising, email, social media, and promotional events.
Content and communications:
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, press releases, and product information to ensure accuracy and brand consistency across all communications.
Market and customer insights:
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
Product launches:
Support the planning and execution of marketing plans for new car launches and product initiatives.
Stakeholder management:
Act as a liaison with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, finance) and external partners, such as vendors, agencies, and dealers, to ensure integrated campaign execution and successful partnerships.
Reporting and analysis:
Track and report on marketing campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to management.
