Diploma (DME) or Degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering

to 10 years of experience preferably in hydraulic product manufacturing company or in an Engineering company

Job Profile:

Proven experience in production planning and shift management

Strong understanding of quality control processes

Familiarity with modern manufacturing practices related to hydraulics / Engineering products.

Ability to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

Experience in a filters/hydraulics manufacturing environment is mandatory

Leadership skills with hands-on shop floor management experience

Good communication and team coordination skills
