Main Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow business with OEM and Tier 1 accounts.
Drive customer engagement, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead RFQ process, pricing negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality) for seamless project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer strategies.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic business planning.
Experience
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field (MBA preferred).
+ 8-10 years of relevant OE sales experience (MSIL,HYU/KIA, Mahle, Hannon) .
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
+ Proven track record of handling automotive OEMs and Tier 1s.
