About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled
Business Development Professional
with an
insurance background
to promote and expand our
Surety Bond
portfolio. The role requires a blend of
technical understanding
of bond products and
strategic marketing
capabilities to drive business growth, client acquisition, and insurer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to promote
Surety Bond solutions
across target industries.
Liaise with
corporate clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
to support business acquisition and renewal activities.
Educate clients on product benefits, technical specifications, and regulatory compliance related to Surety Bonds.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support sales initiatives.
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to align offerings strategically.
Ensure seamless coordination between technical, underwriting, and marketing teams for smooth deal closure.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or Insurance-related discipline.
Experience:
2-3 years in
Business Development / Technical Marketing
within the
Insurance / Financial Services
domain.
Exposure to
Surety Bonds
,
General Insurance
, or
Corporate Insurance Sales
is highly preferred.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to understand and explain complex bond and underwriting concepts in simple business terms.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
