Position:Asst. Manager/Manager - Legal
Location:Fort - Mumbai

Responsibilities.
Manage and handle litigation matters including civil, commercial, arbitration, labor, and regulatory cases
Coordinate with advocates and represent the company before courts, tribunals, and authorities. * Handle property-related legal matters such as title due diligence, land acquisition, leases, easements, and registration of documents.

• Draft, review, and negotiate engineering, EPC, turnkey, supply, subcontracting, and service agreements.
• Issue and respond to legal notices, claims, and disputes arising from projects and commercial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the engineering industry.
• Provide legal advisory to management, projects, procurement, and operations teams on risk mitigation and dispute avoidance.
• Maintain legal MIS, track cases, manage documentation, and support audits, governance, and internal compliance initiatives.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Law
• Excellent Communication, negotiation and Diplomatic Skills
• Excellent command on English
• Adhere to Corporate's value : Knowledge, Optimistic, Determined and Engaging.

Required Qualification: - LLB/LLM - Law
Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
