Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for junior to mid-level positions.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Conduct interviews and ensure timely onboarding of employees.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or manual systems.
Process attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
Liaise with consultants and government bodies for HR audits and inspections.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and HR initiatives.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare HR MIS reports monthly/quarterly.
Maintain dashboards for headcount, attrition, absenteeism, etc.
Maintain HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA in HR preferred.
7-10 years of hands-on experience in HR generalist profile.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
Preferred Qualities:
Male candidate preferred due to field work/travel requirements (if applicable).
Experience in [industry-specific HR work - e.g., manufacturing plant HR, field workforce, etc.].
Fluency in Hindi and English.
