1.Good knowledge of design and development of Underbody parts ( engine compartment, floor.)

2.Knowledge of water seal design and understanding for sealing process.

3.Knowledge of anticorrosion.

4.Knowledge of crash, durability, NVH performance as part and vehicle level.

5.High CAD skill with surface modelling & 2D drafting experience in UG-NX software

6.Can prepare 2D master section, joggle, joining structure and convert to design surface.

7.Can do Layout study (Typical section study)

Ability to lead a 4-5 members team , and lead a project.

8.Good knowledge of vehicle structure and body aggregates

9.Design to production , knowledge of sheet metal formability, fixation structure \xe2\x80\x93 spot weld , arc weld, bolt join, riveting , SPR, FDS.

10.Should create automation from design or from xls to improve efficiency and reduce human error.

11.Strong in fundamental engineering \xe2\x80\x93 strength of material, beam structure etc

12.Good knowledge of ISO GD&T

13.Cost Reduction Study experience at component and/or system level

14.Production & Manufacturing knowledge sound knowledge

15.Knowledge of jigs and checking fixtures.

16.Knowledge of materials, components tests, part quality aspects and checking fixtures

17.Strong communication, interpersonal skills

18.Analytical skills, logical thinking and ability to take decisions independently.

19.Adaptive mindset to work and perform in multiculture environment.

20.Quick learning ability.

21.Automobile engineering mindset and sincerity.
